A Day of Good AND Bad News

I'll start with the good news first.

Here are my grades for the first semester of my third year in college. :)
I'm qualified for the Dean's List once again. YAY. :)

I was not actually expecting that, really. This semester had been such a pain in the behind for me. And I must admit, and I'm not being conceited, that I haven't been performing very well this sem. You see, this semester, I've developed a habit of coming to class LATE, especially the 7am ones? Oh my. I even skipped classes. Also, my drawing plates in HoA were not that nice. They were not done with enough effort, with the effort I've exerted doing my plates back when I was in my Freshman year? It's nowhere near that.. Also in SM, and in BU, I'm like "bahala na" when it comes to those subjects.

I dunno, I guess I'm just lucky that I still have this thought in the back of my stubborn head, that I cannot give away that easily the reputation I've established during the past years, which forced me to do good in the Finals. xD
Better late than never. eh? :)

With such a wobbly performance, I've been rewarded with above average grades. So it feels good 'cause I know I can do better.

Well, this was definitely NOT the best sem for me, grade and effort wise, but I'm glad I'm still on track. :)

NOW HERE COMES THE BAD NEWS.

Kpop Convention was rescheduled: DECEMBER 5, 2009, in Alabang.

I'm from Antipolo, I study in Manila, and neither is near Alabang!!!!
PLUS December 5 is a Saturday, and it sucks, 'cause I just got my schedule, and I HAVE SATURDAY classes, from 7am-8pm.
And as much as i want to, I CAN'T CAN'T CAN'T skip Saturday classes because I have my Design course scheduled on that day, plus 4 other subjects. :(

Now how UNCOOL is that??!!!

I REEEEEAAALLLLLLYYYYY want to go. :(
But I'm losing hope already. :(

Now I don't know what to feel about today. :(

The Magic Stays

Had fun with them at Enchanted Kingdom, Thursday last week. But as much as we would've wanted, we were still not complete.

Well, at first we were already almost complete, but in the end there were major last minute back outs from certain people. Of course there were some who were reasonable enough, but I'm afraid there were otherwise.
Crappy. But it's okay, the trip was fun anyway. :)

We went through a lot of randomness, especially Paolo, who had fun bullying Tina. Haha. She was a good sport, though. :)

*sigh* I wish everyday would be this fun. :)

I miss them already. :)

I’m getting frustrated because I can’t do a perfect heel stretch. But I’m already working on it. Haha. :>
I knew it. I shouldn’t have quit ballet! :|

But well, too late to complain about that now. :))

Christmas’ getting even closer now that it’s the last week of October, and that means me and my cousins would have to prepare a dance routine already for our reunion. Haha. Worried much? xD

Not really. I’m just afraid I won’t be able to find time to do that when I go back to school already.

It hurts to be in a family of dancers. =))

(500) Days of Summer

I recommend this movie for everyone to watch. :)

Well just because most friends of mine are actually talking non-stop about this movie, I decided to watch it myself. And I liked it. Really.

I don’t know of an adjective to describe it yet, but it teaches us about many things in life, and in love. :)

Not everything has a happy ending, may it seem to be perfect, or destined, sometimes it’s just not going to work out. And it practically teaches us, subtly, that is, not to be blinded by love, or being in a relationship, ‘cause we’ll never really know what would happen — and if things don’t work out we end up destroying our lives, and not notice that there are more to life than just your ex.

Guy: “Why didn’t I see you before?”
Girl: “Maybe you just weren’t looking.”

Kid: “I know you think she was the one, but I don’t. Next time you look back, I think you should look again.”

It’s a pretty simple film, and Summer’s kinda weird and all, but the film really has something in there that makes you think twice about certain things.
You’ll get a lot from it, trust me. :)
Not the best film, but I believe it’s one of those that has sense.

Of Vacations, and Fangirl-ing

This is what I ~~hate~~ about vacations. No, not actually HATE-hate.. But uhmm. Let’s just say my dilemma leaves me empty handed when I should be having a handful. xD
Err. Random? Haha.
I honestly do not know what to do first. xD
Just because there’s sooo many things that backlogged during school days, that I’m having trouble to find time to fit in doing those things I wanted to do before, and should be doing now. xD

Yes, I’ve been feeding my HDDs with HD vids since God knows when. Haha. And I do need an external HDD for that matter. But it’s not actually part of what I really planned to do this break. xD
Well, minus the all the fangirling, I’ve yet to do a sketch for my dad’s birthday which is really close, mind you, oh, mind me hahaha lol, annddd I promised to clean—or more like “FIX” my room which seems to have been hit by a ~~typhoon~~ much worse than Ondoy all this time. xDD

Oh and yeah, I’ve been wanting to learn the choreo of BoA’s Moto for a very long time now. xD

Bwahaha but quite frankly I’ve been saying that like.. since Moto’s first release?? Which was years ago, and I still haven’t able to learn the dance. :))
But I do know the intro, and the chorus part. :)) And I’ve already DLed the dance ver video of it—for the very least. xD

Ugh. I KNOOOW I’m so pointless. =))
And so are my blog posts.

Omooo seeeeeee I officially altered this blog’s topic. But anyway. As I’ve been saying, I don’t know what to do first. And all this “fangirlsm” is not making me any sane-r to actually figure out what to prioritize. hahaha. :))

I guess I’m reaallyyy better off being insanely spontaneous. AND random. :))

Oh, so I've finally decided to create a separate blog to satisfy the needs of someone inside me who's feeling a bit uneasy for not being able to voice various things out due to summer break. Haha. :))

I've entitled this blog as 영원이, "yongwonhi" (t/n: Forever), because I had no other title in mind. LOL. Kidding. xD

Errr, no, not quite kidding. xD

So I have no reasons. Is that even a big deal? :))
Guess I was just thinking of someone very dear that I could link with 영원이. :DD
Don't bother asking, I won't have an effective answer that will enlighten you yet.
